Zainab Umair has been a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since August 2018. She is affiliated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). She is also member of Special Committee No.2, Law (Chairperson), Gender Mainstreaming (Women Development), Population Welfare Committee.
