ISLAMABAD: Some members of the Imran Khan-led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have decided to take the party to court in the US against alleged financial irregularities. Already these leaders have filed a case with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

RAWALPINDI: Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid said on Wednesday that history of NA-122 was against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, as its chairman has thrice lost election from this constituency prior to 2013 general polls.

PESHAWAR: The rift in the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter has deepened to the extent that its local leaders have decided to protest the alleged indifferent attitude of the top leadership towards party workers in the province.

With the election campaign in NA-122 in Lahore reaching its peak, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are set to win support of voters of the constituency. In NA-122, former National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq of the governing party and Abdul Aleem Khan of the Insaf are in the run with Barrister Amir of the Pakistan People’s Party.
