Electoral rolls are also commonly called voter lists. These lists are devised, managed and updated by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) periodically, and especially before a General Election. The purpose of electoral rolls is to enlist all eligible voters residing in a particular constituency and ensuring verification of their identities on election day.
