This pamphlet suggests committees to hold open meetings, proactively present & propagate bills for public comments and feedback from civil society organizations. It discusses the powers of parliamentary committees and proposes them to give recommendations after consulting stakeholders, to publicize the time and agenda of meetings and to provide access to maximum information.
