This paper written by Mr Haris Gazdar, argues that creating space and incorporation of gender into development owes to highlight women issues, vulnerabilities and their thinking and perspective for their wellbeing. The female vulnerability is conspicuous in most areas, nevertheless, putting focus on “gender relations” enables one to understand women position within social and economic structure of society.
