This paper reviews the pattern of PSDP funds allocations, among federal and provinces, to correlate the pattern and time & cost overrun during 6 years. Important identifications by the planning commission related to PSDP portfolio are also mentioned. Reasons for failure of planning commission and policy measures regarding improvement are worth a read.
