This is a field guide prepared by NDI for an easy to understand and implement tool for domestic non-partisan election observers to observe and analyze elections. This field guides are envisioned to complement other reference tools available on domestic election observers in the fields. The guide lists the international best practices and standards of conduct of elections, principles for observation and evaluation of elections, promotion of electoral reforms and applicable standards.
