He has been appointed to the position of Federal Minister for Law and Justice, since 20 August 2018. He is famous as Barrister Dr. Mohammad Farogh Naseem is a constitutional lawyer from Pakistan. He took oath as senator on March 12, 2012. He was selected senator on Technocrats seat on March 2012 to March 2018. He had been member of committees of Senate namely, Inter-Provincial Coordination, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Water and Power and Commerce.
