LAHORE: The ruling Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) local body elections’ candidates have already started putting up the plates of their names on the development projects in Punjab, addressing themselves as chairmen and vice chairmen though the elections have not even been held as yet, reported Dunya News.
