PARACHINAR: Speakers at a seminar demanded abolition of the Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR) and introduction of local government system in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata). The demand was made at seminar organised by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Kurram chapter here on Monday.
