LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik on Wednesday declined the request of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for appointment of district and sessions judges and additional district and sessions judges as election tribunals for disposal of election petitions.
