KARACHI: Rangers personnel will be deployed at sensitive polling stations during the second phase of local government elections in Shaheed Benazirabad, Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas divisions, scheduled for November 19, said Sindh information minister Nisar Khuhro on Thursday.
