TIMERGARA: By-elections on three tehsil council seats in Lower Dir are going to be a test case for the provincial ruling coalition partners, Jamaat-i-Islami, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and Qaumi Watan Party, as people have become disappointed with them due to their poor performance in the district, according to political observers.
