LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has provided proofs of alleged rigging committed by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government in the first phase of local bodies elections to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), demanding action against those responsible.
