ISLAMABAD: The much-touted local government system is yet to take off formally in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) team has traced a number of major lacunas in the proposed rules of business and also suggested amendments in the Local Government Act.
