ISLAMABAD: Former senator of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Syed Zafar Ali Shah yesterday levelled serious allegations against Islamabad police, local administration and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), saying all jointly helped the government rig the recently-held local government elections in Islamabad.
