KARACHI: The chief of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl), Maulana Fazlur Rehman, during his visit to Nine Zero on Tuesday succeeded in persuading the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to hold a second round of talks over the resignations issue in Islamabad.
