KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday expressed concern over the transfers of returning officers (ROs) and assistant returning officers (AROs) in Umerkot district by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) just a week ahead of the first phase of the local government elections in the province, allegedly after succumbing to political pressure from local influentials.
