This is evolution of some excerpts from Jinnah 11 August speech by Yasser Latif Hamdani. The writer views that though Jinnah envisioned equality of citizens irrespective of religious identity and even though constitution of Pakistan also guarantees this equality but too little extent. There are still some provisions in constitution that put bar on citizens due to their religious identity. The writer advocates to revisit Jinnah’s vision for prosperous Pakistan.
