Women\u00a0 leaders\u00a0 such\u00a0 as\u00a0 Shahnaz Wazir\u00a0 Ali, Maryam\u00a0 Nawaz,\u00a0 Shireen Mazari,\u00a0 Sherry\u00a0 Rehman, Hina Rabbani Khar, Dr. Azra Pechuho, and Zartaj Gul have all experienced the emergence of the\u00a0 world, to name a few.\u00a0 Women leaders change<\/p>\n
faster than men do. They represent their subordinates as role models. She makes\u00a0 her staff impressive<\/p>\n
and spends a lot of time preparing her team. They think for their personal growth\u00a0 very much. As the<\/p>\n
secret to growth, female leaders stress collaboration and authentic contact. The goal\u00a0 of leadership for most women leaders is not only to fulfil corporate goals, but to transform their followers\u00a0 into better individuals.\u00a0 Invariably, women leaders are focused on completing assignments assigned under deadlines.<\/p>\n
In order to\u00a0 ensure\u00a0 the\u00a0 smooth\u00a0 running\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 company, it is important\u00a0 to\u00a0 complete\u00a0 day\u2010to\u2010day activities\u00a0 from an\u00a0 organizational point.\u00a0 Women leaders normally tend to lead and build flat<\/p>\n
organizational frameworks that encourage everyone\u00a0 to\u00a0 function intermittently in a\u00a0 collegial environment. The expertise and\u00a0 understanding\u00a0 of experienced\u00a0 workers and\u00a0 the manager are neglected by\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0 flat\u00a0 hierarchical system. Women leaders are generally\u00a0 dismissive of the hierarchical corporate system.\u00a0 In the present century, every organization, be it culture or entity, cannot work efficiently without equal<\/p>\n
involvement by women in leadership activities. Women generate a viewpoint that takes organizations<\/p>\n
and\u00a0 teams to competition and cooperation.\u00a0 Organizations of large executive teams make good choices in today’s society that lead to better outcomes.\u00a0 The\u00a0 basic\u00a0 attributes\u00a0 that\u00a0 need\u00a0 to\u00a0 be\u00a0 driven\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 21st\u00a0 century\u00a0 include\u00a0 the\u00a0 ability\u00a0 to\u00a0 work\u00a0 together,\u00a0 connect, empathies and communicate. All of these traits are feminine and will help to create a society\u00a0 that is more prosperous. To accelerate social change at home and in the workplace, guidance from women\u00a0 is needed. A coherent vision of work and family is likely to be provided by female politicians, pointing to\u00a0 a more active and promising future, both personal and technical.\u00a0 Gender equity in leadership is important because without a diversity of viewpoints in leadership positions,\u00a0 real change will not happen.\u00a0 \u201cIf your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.\u201d (Dolly Parton) In\u00a0 our world,\u00a0 the\u00a0 percentage\u00a0 of women employees\u00a0 who work in various industries is the representation\u00a0 of women in different sectors.
