Once I read a quote that, there is no force more powerful than a women determined to rise. There is no doubt that mentally women are better than men. Being a woman, I was happy that Allah granted a<\/p>\n
woman more power than a man mentally, but unfortunately, girls in our country are not trained on<\/p>\n
these grounds so that they can understand\u00a0 their\u00a0 power.\u00a0 My\u00a0 goal\u00a0 is,\u00a0 as\u00a0 far\u00a0 as\u00a0 possible,\u00a0 a\u00a0 small<\/p>\n
effort\u00a0 to\u00a0 raise\u00a0 consciousness\u00a0 of\u00a0 individuals\u00a0 and\u00a0 community by writing on this subject.<\/p>\n
Women\u00a0 make\u00a0 up\u00a0 around\u00a0 50\u00a0 percent of the Pakistani population, which, because of\u00a0 social norms, is not used\u00a0 for national production. She\u00a0 admired her meagre talent, her lower education and her\u00a0 low political skills. Why?<\/p>\n
While\u00a0 we\u00a0 have\u00a0 the\u00a0 best\u00a0 example\u00a0 of\u00a0 Mohtarma\u00a0 Fatima\u00a0 Jinnah,\u00a0 a\u00a0 great\u00a0 political leader,\u00a0 an influencer with an\u00a0 exceptional personality. Even in the periods, when it was unusual for a woman to be influential in the public\u00a0 sphere. Her role in shaping Pakistan movement can’t be understated. Pakistan has seen a series of less but significant\u00a0 achievements\u00a0 for women: Benazir Bhutto became\u00a0 the Muslim country’s\u00a0 first\u00a0 female prime minister in\u00a0 1988; Dr. Fehmida Mirza\u00a0 became\u00a0 the\u00a0 first women\u00a0 speaker of the National Assembly in 2008; and more than 100 women were elected to both houses of parliament in 2013.\u00a0 Our women need to learn from the significant achievements of these great leaders. Women in our country are traditionally limited to the home. Conditions are relatively better in the major cities where girls seek higher education and work in public and private institutions. We need to work on providing education and employment opportunities to women in all parts of the countries. Women should also encourage to take part in political activities. Specially at the grass root level so that they could work for the betterment of their fellow women. I believe, political empowerment of the women is the only solution to the mainstreaming of women..<\/p>\n
